Q: When I have avast! installed, my MS Outlook keeps crashing. The "ModName" in the technical information window refers to "oleaut32.dll"

The problem is caused between incompatibility between avast! antivirus and the "MSN Desktop Search" application.

Before the problem is solved, the only known working workaround is to disable the MSN toolbar in Outlook.
